Q. Can anyone make a reservation and use CES?
A. Yes, anyone can use CES service.


Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. Yes! All pickups needs to be reserved in advance.


Q. Does CES pickup from locations other than the Airport?
A. Yes! CES do pickup from residence, businesses, hotels, schools, hospitals, train stations and bus stations.


Q. Can the driver meet me inside the airport when I arrive?
A. Yes! CES driver can and will meet you inside the terminal by baggage claim, upon request. There is a $30 surchage for all inside the airport pickups.


Q. Where does the driver typically meet me at the airport?
A. For "Inside Pickup" service, the driver will meet you at baggage claim. For standard pickup service, the driver will meet you outside the airport, curbside.
If you cannot find or hear from the driver, give us a call at 800-408-2551 and we'll connect you with the driver. Do not leave without calling, as it will be considered "No-Show". There is no refund for "No-Show".


Q. What if my flight is delayed and I am arriving later than my scheduled pickup?
A. You need not to worry. Our flight tracking system tells us when a flight is late. Drivers are being dispatched when your flight takes off from departing city. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed.


Q. Does CES offer shared ride service?
A. CES is a private car service. You and your party will not share your ride with other passengers..


Q.Why should I register with CES?
A. Registering on CoporateExecutiveSedan.com will enable you to make future reservations quickly and easily. You'll also be able to view previous reservations, future reservations, or view the details of your reservation.


Q. How late or early can I get a pickup?
A. CES is here to serve you 24/7/365. CES driver will pick you up anytime of the day or night, guaranteed!


Q. How do I get a login account?
A. You can create a login account by Clicking here, or by visiting the sign up page.


Q. I forgot my password
A. The login page contains a "forgot password" link with instructions on how to reset your password. You can also Click here to access the page.


Q. Why do I have to prepay when I make a reservation online?
A. CES require prepayment because it helps us reduce no-shows, reduce fraudulent reservations, keep costs down and has become the industry standard for travel related reservations made online.
In addition, prepayment is a much easier and more convenient way for our guests to use our service. We recognize that the majority of our guests prefer to pay for travel expenses by credit card. Once you arrive at your destination, you simply get out of the car instead of waiting for change or credit card approval.


Q. Are there restrictions to book my reservation online?
A. CES is unable to accept online reservations for cash payments. If cash payment is your only option, please call us toll free 800-408-2551 or local 410-824-4500. By reserving online, you agree to CES terms and conditions.


Q. Can I cancel my reservation.
A. Yes. CES understand your travel plans can change therefore we ask that you give us a 4 hour notice prior to your pickup time. A full refund will be credited back to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
For cancellations made less than 4 hours but 2 hours prior to your pickup time will receive 50% refund and will be credited back to your credit card within 3-5 business day.
Unfortunately, there will be no refund for cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to your pickup time or in the event of a "No-Show".


Q. Is my information secure?
A. Yes. CES values your business therefore keeping your personal information and any credit card information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Information exchanged between your computer and our server during the reservation or sign up process is SSL encrypted. This can be verified by ensuring you have https://www.corporateexecutivesedan.com in the address bar. This indicates a secure connection.
You should also see a green padlock in the status bar area of your browser when viewing encrypted pages. Double click the padlock to view information regarding our security certificate.


Q. Does CES have a Privacy Policy?

Q. Do you have luggage restriction?
A. Yes. CES follows the luggage policy of the airlines. If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height), or if you'll be carrying a surfboard, crate, skis or other large items, please call us at 800-408-2551 before you submit your reservation. CES does not allow bags on seats.


Q. Do you provide child seats?
A. Yes. CES provides only booster seat. If you are travelling with infants or children who require infant seat or child seat, we strongly recommend you bring one.


Q. Can I make a roundtrip reservation??
A. Yes. CES recommend you make roundtrip reservation, though its not a MUST. This will give you a peace of mind knowing that CES driver will be at your service on time and get you back to your destination safely in a CES luxurious vehicle.


Q. What cities/ airports do you serve?
A. CES will pick you up anywhere within the entire Baltimore Washington Metro area. CES also provide services to and from the Baltimore Washington International Airport- BWI, Ronald Reagan National Airport- DCA, Washington Dulles international Airport- IAD, Amtrak/ Marc stations, Cruise Ship Terminal, Greyhound bus terminals etc.
